Our current processing time is 3-5 business days, not including shipping time.

Shipping time and cost will vary depending on the service you choose.

Local Pick Up (BC Residents only) -

Free pick-up in the Lower Mainland Area. Details will be emailed to you when ready.

• For orders shipped to remote locations, we can reach your destination through Standard Shipping only. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Taxes & Duties - 

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes.

For international shipments we cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. PUP + BAHAY is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages or custom delays.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

Refunds & Exchanges - 

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

 

However, if there is an issue with your order please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order on instagram @pupandbahay or via email pupandbahay@gmail.com.

Cancellation - 

We do not accept cancellations.

However, if you place an order and you accidentally ordered the incorrect size or input the wrong shipping address, we are more than happy to make any changes or modifications to your order. Please contact us within 12 hour of your purchase @pupandbahay or via email pupandbahay@gmail.com and we will get back to you confirming any changes or modifications made. Anytime after 12 hour of purchase we are unable to make any changes or modifications. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please ensure that you are utilizing the sizing chart. We highly recommend measuring your dog's neck before placing an order.

You will be responsible for all return shipping fees. We are not accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in shipping. For your security, we recommend you return your goods via tracked or registered post.
